How do you find and evaluate your candidates?

Our candidates come to us in a variety of ways. We have a multitude of advertising and referral-based methods that allow us to consistently have a very diverse, professional candidate base. Our clients’ needs are on both a temporary and permanent basis, so the need to have a large pool of qualified candidates at all times is crucial to our success.

Our service provides an extensive screening process that not only allows us to assess technical, communication and organizational skills, but gives us an accurate evaluation of our candidates overall makeup such as attitude, professionalism and attention to detail. This portion of our screening process is done through an in-depth question-and-answer session based on past employment experiences, life goals and general questions about the handling of specific work-related situations.

Do you charge a fee?

Yes, we do charge a fee for our service. We are extremely sensitive to corporate budgets and we do our best to be as flexible as possible to accommodate our clients both new and established.

What happens if we do not hire someone from you?

A fee is only generated if you select and hire a candidate from us. We also provide an evaluation period for you to make sure that the candidate is not only performing at a high level but is also fitting in with the rest of your staff.

Typically, how long does a search process take?

The process time does vary depending on the search. The criteria and specialty of the search has a tremendous influence on the length of time it takes to find the “right” candidate, not just a candidate. We always provide several choice individuals that we feel will fit our client’s needs. We are and always will be very selective with the candidates that we submit.
